Refund Policy: When a room has been booked and paid for, you will be unable to cancel it. You will be able to reschedule for a future date so long as you provide us with a minimum of 72 hours notice. Please contact us directly should you need to make an amendment to your booking. During these times, we will do our best to reschedual your booking should you need to cancel due to health reasons.
